2m 35x35mm Large Surface Mounted Aluminium Profile Kit for up to 2x 13mm Led strips

Large size surface mounted extrusion for use in a wide range of applications including: cove lighting, general indoor illumination, trough lighting and many more.
Suitable to house up to two LED strips (each not wider than 13mm if mounted on the bottom of the profile or each not wider than 11.5mm if mounted on the metal tray).The metal tray allows the LED strip/s to be mounted closer to the diffuser and this way reduces light losses inside the extrusion (light will be brighter) and also increases the light distribution angle.

The track works as an excellent heat sink, providing optimum cooling of LED modules for long life and high reliability.

How to install (surface mounting):
Screw mounting bracket directly to surface (we suggest 2 per meter for most applications) and then push the track into the brackets.
Alternatively screw the aluminium base (most applications require 2 screws per meter) directly to the mounting surface, install your led strips inside the profile and finally push-in the diffused cover. We recommend the use of self tapper pan head screws or M4 countersunk screws.

How to install (suspended):
Use the LEDAL46SC suspension wires. We recommend a pair per meter of track. Check the suspension wires page for more details.

The tracks can be shortened to the desired length. This is a bespoke service and charged additionally.

These are large size profiles and can provide suitable heat dissipation even for high wattage LED strips. If you are looking at getting a powerful light output from these profiles you can use 1 or 2 rows of these Osram 2000lumens/m strips in Warm White LEDTF2000SG1930 or Cool White LEDTF2000SG1840.
