Is this item suitable to be fixed to a 20mm desktop?
The recommended desk top is 25mm / 0.98 in as the screws provided to hold the CPU Holders are 20mm in length
Is this box capable of taking your existing 1U punched panels on the front, or is the back box screwed to the front plate ? I am just looking at the 1U box to protect the rear wiring on a 1U product but you do not list a 1U box on its own.
unfortunately the R2100/1UK is not designed to work with the 1u panels as these have flanges top and bottom
Can you confirm the size of the cpu that can be used in this holder?
CPU-42 fits PC's up to a size of 70.9in/ 1800mm
will this unit fit 8 of the Neutrik D style connectors?

yes the 84511-8RC is designed to mount 8 x Neutrik unified D"d-Series" connectors

Do 81511-RC fit the Powercon True Connectors
unfortunately not. 81511-RC are designed to house the Neutrik unified "d-Series" connectors
