I'm looking at the description box you have on the web page and it does have the height as 3.15", thank you. Is this measurement of the wheel itself? Or, does this include the brace as well? The overall height?

Hi, Thank you for the question. If you require a pull out handle without wheels then H2000 maybe a good option for you instead of the H4515.
