Can I add additional users to my account?
At present, it is not possible to add additional users to our standard accounts. Each user must register their own account. However, our Company Accounts allow for multiple users - please contact us to find out more about our Company Accounts and if you are eligible. 
How do I delete my Penn Elcom account?
When logged in, click on the person icon to open your Account Dashboard. From there, scroll down and click on Account Information and scroll down to 'Delete Account'...
