19 Inch Racking Questions

hi I have 5 of these in a rack, but one showing a yellow light ( surge protective ). I've unplugged everything from it and still have the light, checked the cables in the units plug, all good, it's actually power from another one of these which just has the normal red & green showing. any thoughts ?
